1. Will there be time to address my personal questions that are tailored to my business?
Absolutely. Your individual questions constitute a cornerstone of the program. This personal focus starts during the online phase when you’ll assess the AI status of your company. Then, during the3-day live workshop, there are ample opportunities to ask questions related to your specific situation of faculty, panel members, and to learn from the perspectives of other participants.
2. What will be the teaching style?
The teaching approach is highly engaging and interactive, featuring live case studies, vivid examples, templates to work through, action learning, and bite-sized lectures combined with classroom discussion. Further learnings will come from the high-caliber panels discussions, on the afternoons of day 1 and day 2, followed by networking dinner.
3. How much time commitment is involved in the online phase?
You will need to invest 5-10 hours per week during the online phase. We recommend you use an assistant to gather relevant information from different parts of your organization which will streamline the process for you.
4. Will you be covering newsworthy topics like OpenAI (and its competitors) or regulation?
Yes. The materials for the class are constantly updated to keep pace with the rapidly evolving field of AI. Topics such as regulation and LLMs (of which ChatGPT is one), as well as new systems which have not yet reached the market, will all be discussed in light of latest developments.
5. Will there be any additional speakers at the in-person event?
Yes, of course. There are panel discussions at the end of day 1 and day 2 with leading thinkers in and shapers of the AI space. Through the world-class faculty, and the expert panel members, you’ll be exposed to different perspectives on how to make AI work for your organization and where the field of AI is moving next.
1. What if I miss a portion of the live workshop?
In principle this decision is up to you. Ideally, you should attend the entire live workshop. however, if you miss a portion you will still get significant value from the sessions you can attend.
2. What is the expected level of participation (both online & in-person)?
During the online phase, program faculty will coach you through analysis of your organization’s AI status. This requires focus and attention to reap full benefits. The live workshop is highly interactive, so the more you engage the higher the value you’ll get from the program.
3. Can I attend the program without doing the online phase or vice-versa?
No. The two parts of the program (3 week online phase, 3-day live workshop) are intertwined and cannot be attended separately.
1. Can I reapply if I am not admitted to the program?
Yes, you can. Your file will be saved and to reapply all you need do is alert us and pay the application fee. Since admission is partially based on classroom composition, admissions decisions can differ between cohorts.
2. How much AI knowledge do I need to benefit from the program?
No preexisting knowledge of AI is required to participate in the program. Please be aware, if you have absolutely no knowledge of AI you should invest additional hours during the online phase to get maximum benefit from the live workshop.
3. Why is there an admissions process? / What is the admissions process?
The admissions process ensures all participants are well-suited to profit from the program. It also serves to create the optimal class composition, as classroom interaction is a centerpiece of the learning process.
In selected cases, an additional interview via Zoom might be required to assess your suitability (the admissions team will contact you via email).
The Admissions Committee will review your application and communicate a decision within five working days.
Upon submitting your application, an application fee of $100 is due (paid via credit card. No information is stored on our servers). The application fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the course fee in case of admission to the program.
- What are the admissions criteria?
The AI Masterclass is designed for board members and C-level executives of listed and large private organizations, as well as senior leaders from government agencies and NGOs who want to prepare their organizations for an AI-driven future.
No prior AI experience or knowledge is required. But if you are entirely new to AI, you should invest 10-20 hours of additional guided self-learning during the 3-week online phase. It is suitable for all industries.
- Can several team members from our organization attend?
Yes, of course. We strongly encourage several members attending from the same organization. Team participation allows for the development of a joint approach to your organization’s specific challenges and goals. It also enables better communication and application of the learnings after the program as join mental models and language are developed in the team.
4. Is there a language requirement for the program?
Since the program is conducted entirely in English a strong command of the language is indispensable to profit from the program.
5. Do I need any coding experience to get the most value out of this course?
No coding experience or knowledge of AI software is necessary to benefit from the program.
6. If I already do have a good understanding of AI, is the program still right for me?
Absolutely. The program provides insights into how to leverage AI for your organization and how to make it work which you will not find else where. It also gives you firsthand access to some of the best minds and practitioners in the AI field. No comparable program exists worldwide.
1. What is covered by the tuition?
Tuition covers: all course materials, access to the Learning Management System, breaks, lunches, and dinners on day 1 and 2. Accommodation and travel are not included and will need to be arranged and paid for by you.
2. Do I pay on a per-company basis or per individual?
Payment is per person, and everyone will need to apply individually.
3. What is the refund policy?
The application fee is non-refundable. The tuition is refundable up to 30 full calendar days before the start of the program. After that no refund is provided.
4. If I cannot attend, can I send a replacement from my company?
You can propose another member of your organization to attend the program. In such cases the other individual will need to go through the admissions process and pay the application fee (but not the tuition).

Accommodation and travel are not included and will need to be organized by yourself.

Your letter of admission documents that you are attending a short-term program on U.S. soil. We cannot provide any assistance with visas.
1. I have special dietary requirements. Can you cater to that?
Please inform us of your dietary requirements and we will try to cater to them (lactose free, kosher etc.). Please note: due to the nature of catering we cannot guarantee that certain allergenic foods (like peanuts, celery or any others) are not used in the caterer’s kitchen.
2. I have a disability and need special arrangements. Can you provide them?
Please inform us of your disability and the type of arrangements you need (such as wheelchair access, sign language interpreter, assistive technology etc.). We will try our best to provide them and make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
