He then transitioned to the role of Vice President - Portfolio Architect for Human Resources Technology from May 2008 to May 2010, overseeing global HR technology projects. His final position at Citi was Vice President - Portfolio Architect for Compliance Technology, where he managed global compliance technology projects, ensuring alignment with corporate technology goals. He held this position from May 2010 to May 2012.
