Bea Ordonez is a prominent figure in the financial technology sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Following her time in London, Bea moved to Bermuda to work as an Account Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc., managing financial reporting and treasury operations for multinational clients from March 1998 to September 1999.

 
Progression in Financial Roles
 

Her career progressed as she took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at G-Trade in Bermuda from October 1999 to January 2002, where she developed foundational strategies that contributed to significant revenue growth. Moving on to Convergex, Bea served as COO and Managing Director across locations in the Greater New York City Area, Florida, and Bermuda from January 2002 to January 2015. She was responsible for managing global operations and strategy development within substantial budgetary confines.

In December 2015, Bea became the Chief Financial Officer at OTC Markets Group in the Greater New York City Area. During her tenure until January 2021, she formulated financial strategies for the world's largest transparent and connected marketplace platform.
