Bill Quinn is a prominent figure in the financial services industry, with a career that spans over two decades. His journey through various high-profile roles has shaped him into a key executive at Broadridge Financial Services, where he currently serves as the Global Chief Sales Officer.
Educational Background
Bill's educational foundation is strong, with an M.B.A. in Management from St. John's University, acquired between 1996 and 2000. Additionally, he holds a B.S./B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia, where he studied from 1988 to 1992. Further enhancing his leadership skills, Bill completed executive education programs at The Wharton School, including courses on leading effective salesforces and the SIFMA Securities Industry Institute.
Career Achievements
Bill's career is marked by significant achievements and a steady climb up the corporate ladder. His early professional years included impactful roles at ADP Brokerage Services, where he started as Director of Marketing and swiftly moved up to Vice President of Product Management, Vice President of Sales, and finally, Vice President of Product Management with P&L responsibilities.
In 2006, Bill transitioned to Fidelity Investments’ National Financial as Vice President, where he managed business development and project management tasks. His journey at Broadridge Financial Services began in November 2007. Initially serving as Managing Director, he led a global relationship sales team responsible for more than $20 million in revenue. His effective management and strategies led to a series of promotions.
By 2013, Bill was appointed Managing Director/Regional Head of the Bank & Broker-Dealer Segment, where he oversaw the generation of over $58 million in annualized revenue. He then became the Chief Operating Officer for Global Sales Strategy & Operations in 2015, focusing on global sales strategy and execution.
In September 2017, Bill's role expanded to include leadership of the North American Sales team along with his COO responsibilities. Under his guidance, the team managed to drive over $100 million in annual sales production. By 2021, he was promoted to Chief Sales Officer for the Americas, increasing his oversight to a team of 150 that generated over $175 million annually.
Current Role and Achievements
Bill's latest role, beginning in July 2023, is as the Global Chief Sales Officer at Broadridge. Here, he leads global sales operations, managing an enterprise team of over 200 and driving more than $300 million in annual recurring sales production across global financial institutions.
