Bradley began his academic journey at UCLA, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He furthered his education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), obtaining a Master of Science with concentrations in Information Technology and Finance. These educational foundations equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his field.

 
Professional Path and Key Achievements
 

Bradley's professional path is marked by notable achievements and key leadership roles in several high-profile companies. His career started at Pacific Telesis, where he served as Director and Executive Director of the Information Technology Organization from January 1989 to January 1997. In this role, he developed his initial expertise in managing large-scale IT operations and technological strategies.

 
Leadership Roles
 

He moved to Charles Schwab in July 1997, where he held a senior vice president position in the Schwab Technology division until January 2000. His work at Schwab was significant enough to bring him back later in his career.

From January 2000 to March 2003, Bradley served as the CTO/CIO at Epoch Securities, which was later acquired by Goldman Sachs. His efforts here contributed to the successful integration of Epoch's technological systems with those of Goldman Sachs.

Bradley then transitioned to eBay in April 2003, taking on the role of Chief Information Officer for both eBay and PayPal's product engineering. He served there until May 2008, during which time he led critical technological advancements and innovations that supported the growth and scaling of both platforms.

In May 2008, Bradley rejoined Charles Schwab as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer, a role he held until February 2013. His leadership was crucial in overseeing Schwab's technology, further solidifying his reputation as a technological visionary.

Since February 2013, Bradley has been with Nasdaq in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer/Chief Technology Officer. At Nasdaq, he oversees global technology, driving forward the company's tech initiatives and contributing to its strategic direction in the financial services industry.
