She began as the North America HR Leader at Mercer, a subsidiary of Marsh McLennan, and subsequently took on various leadership roles, including Global HR Leader for the Talent Business and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO. From January 2017 to January 2020, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Guy Carpenter, another subsidiary.
