  • This role was followed by a similar position at W.W. Grainger, where she was the Director of Human Resources from January 2002 to January 2004.

 

Advancement in Human Resources

 

  • Danielle then moved on to ConAgra Foods as Vice President of Human Resources from October 2004 to June 2008.
  • Her journey continued at ACI Worldwide, where she was the Vice President of Global Human Resources from February 2009 to December 2009. It was here that she earned high praise from colleagues, such as Bob Norris, who commended her leadership and ability to transform the HR organization into a proactive business component.

 

Senior Leadership Roles

 

  • In May 2010, Danielle joined Darden, initially as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services. She then advanced to the role of Senior Vice President for Human Resources - Specialty Restaurant Group & Total Rewards before eventually becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer from January 2015 to October 2016.
  • Her career trajectory then took her to American Airlines, where she was the Senior Vice President of People from October 2016 to January 2017. In this role, she oversaw all global HR functions, including talent acquisition, training, development, compensation, benefits, and diversity.

 

Current Position at Macy's

 

Since October 2017, Danielle has been with Macy's, starting as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Officer in November 2019, a position she currently holds in the Greater New York City Area.
