Career at The Dow Chemical Company
Deborah joined The Dow Chemical Company in 2000, where she held numerous roles over the next 15 years. She started as an HR Manager for Australia and New Zealand, then moved on to become an HR Business Partner for Plastics, a Recruiting Leader for North and Latin America, and held several Global Human Resource Director roles. Her tenure at Dow culminated in her serving as Vice President for Human Capital Planning and Development, Vice President for Human Resources, and ultimately, President of Dow USA.
Executive Roles at Bunge and Schweitzer Mauduit International
In November 2015, she transitioned to Bunge as the Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer, a position she held until August 2022. Concurrently, she served as a Non-Executive Director at Schweitzer Mauduit International from February 2019 to July 2022. As of September 2022, Deborah serves as the Chief Human Resources, Communications, and Diversity & Inclusion Officer at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in New York.
