Deb's journey at Microsoft includes several key positions. Before her current role, she served as President of Microsoft North America from April 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, she was the President of Microsoft US from July 2021 to April 2022. Her experience at Microsoft also includes serving as Corporate Vice President for Enterprise and Commercial Industries from July 2018 to July 2021, and Corporate Vice President for Strategy and Programs from January 2018 to July 2018.

In addition to her contributions at Microsoft, Deb also plays crucial roles outside the organization. She has been a board member for Ralph Lauren since August 2022 and for Avanade since May 2019, influencing the strategic direction of these companies.

At SAP SuccessFactors North America, she served as Managing Director and Senior Vice President from October 2014 to July 2017. She also held the position of Managing Director and Senior Vice President for Regulated Industries at SAP for a brief period in 2014, and was Vice President for Healthcare Sales at SAP from October 2011 to May 2014.
Early Career at Standard Register
Deb started her professional journey at Standard Register, where she honed her skills in sales and management. She began as a Business Development Director from January 2004 to April 2005, then advanced to Vice President of Northeast Sales from January 2005 to January 2008, and finally served as Vice President of Healthcare Sales from January 2009 to October 2011.
Educational Background
Deb’s educational background is equally impressive. She holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, earned between 2002 and 2003. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance, from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, awarded between 1989 and 1993.
