Dixit Joshi is a distinguished figure in the financial services industry, with an extensive career that spans over three decades. Professional Journey at Credit Suisse
Joshi's career path is marked by significant roles at several major financial institutions. He started his professional journey at Credit Suisse, where he held the position of Managing Director in London, later moving to New York in the same capacity. During his tenure, he served as the Head of International Index Arbitrage, as well as the Chief Risk Officer for Equity and Equity Derivatives. These roles allowed him to hone his skills in trading and risk management, setting the stage for future leadership positions.
Leadership at Barclays Capital PLC
He then moved to Barclays Capital PLC in London, where he served as Managing Director. In this role, Joshi was responsible for overseeing EMEA Equities, managing a large international team focused on trading equity products. Tenure at Deutsche Bank
In October 2010, Joshi joined Deutsche Bank in London, where he held multiple significant roles over an extended period. He started as Managing Director, overseeing global operations in ICG Debt and LD&MC, and later moved on to leading Equity Trading and Sales in the APAC region. In April 2017, he was appointed Group Treasurer, where he managed the bank's capital, liquidity, and funding positions, while also supervising structural risks and internal liquidity reserves.
Role at Credit Suisse
His most recent executive role was as the Chief Financial Officer at Credit Suisse, a position he has held since October 2022. In this capacity, Joshi engaged with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and government entities. He led various finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, Accounting, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
