Cheri St Arnauld, EdD, has built an impressive career in the field of education, characterized by a rich blend of teaching and administrative roles. Her professional journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She furthered her expertise with a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction specializing in Science, also from Arizona State University. To crown her academic achievements, she earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

Professional Experience

Teaching and Educational Support

Dr. St Arnauld dedicated the early years of her career to teaching and educational support. From 1981 to 2001, she worked with Mesa Public Schools as a Teacher and Education Specialist, honing her skills and building a strong foundation in the education sector. She then transitioned to Maricopa Community Colleges, where she served as the National Director of Teacher Education Programs until October 2007. This role marked her first significant step into academic administration.

Academic Administration

Her career took a considerable leap when she joined Grand Canyon University, where she held several key positions over nearly five years. She started as Interim Dean of the College of Education and quickly moved up to become the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs. Her tenure at Grand Canyon University culminated in her role as Provost and Chief Academic Officer, a position she held from August 2008 to January 2012.

Entrepreneurial Endeavors

In February 2012, Dr. St Arnauld founded The St. Arnauld Group, where she served as President. This entrepreneurial venture allowed her to expand her influence as a consultant, trainer, and speaker in educational circles.

Current Role

Since March 2014, Dr. St Arnauld has been serving as President and Chief Academic Officer at Aspen University and Aspen Group, Inc., based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In these roles, she continues to drive academic excellence and innovation, shaping the institution's educational strategies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education to a broad and diverse student body.
