In this role, he is responsible for steering the financial operations of a company that serves customers in over 220 countries and territories through renowned brands like Booking.com and Priceline.

Before joining Booking Holdings, Ewout was the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at S&P Global, a position he held from November 2016 to March 2024. His tenure at S&P Global saw him play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operations for the company, which is a key player in the global financial services industry.

Ewout also held the role of Chair of the Board at CRISIL Limited, an Indian analytical company providing ratings, research, and risk and policy advisory services.
