Giacomo Dall'Aglio has had an impressive career marked by significant accomplishments in the finance sector. His educational journey began at Università degli Studi di Parma, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Managerial Economics from January 1991 to January 1996. Professional Experience
 

Giacomo started his career with KPMG Italy as a Senior Auditor from October 1997 to March 2000. Here, he honed his skills in financial analysis and auditing, laying the groundwork for his future roles. He then shifted to Mittel, serving as a Consultant from March 2000 to March 2003. This role marked the beginning of his deep dive into corporate finance and business strategy.

His next move was to Eurobanca Privata, where he took on the role of Head of the Milan Office from March 2003 to June 2004. Following that, he joined La Centrale & Partners as Managing Director from July 2004 to May 2009. At La Centrale, Giacomo further developed his expertise in private equity and business planning, key areas that would be pivotal in his later successes.

Giacomo then became a Senior Consultant at Eidos Partners from June 2009 to October 2016. This long tenure allowed him to gain substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and valuation, helping various companies navigate complex financial landscapes.

 
Leadership Roles
 

In November 2016, Giacomo moved to Ubiquity - Trust Forward, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance until December 2017. His role involved high-level financial oversight and due diligence, critical for corporate growth and stability.

Giacomo's next significant career milestone was with Kaleyra, a global communications platform. He held multiple key positions there, starting as Chief Corporate Development Officer from January 2018 to December 2019. During this period, he executed four major acquisitions across three continents, including two in the US. His strategic vision helped Kaleyra grow exponentially. He was then promoted to Group Chief Financial Officer, a role he held from December 2019 to November 2023. As CFO, he managed a team of 60 finance professionals across the US, Italy, and India. He successfully oversaw financial processes during a rapid growth period, with company revenue increasing from USD 30 million to 350 million and employee headcount growing from 60 to over 700 across four continents.

Giacomo’s talents were further recognized when he was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer at Reevo Spa in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, in December 2023.
