Early Career at Procter & Gamble
 
Beginning his career at Procter & Gamble in 1987, Graeme steadily progressed through various managerial roles, accumulating extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. From his early days as a Distribution Shift Manager, he advanced to positions like Warehouse, Distribution, and Utilities Group Manager. He enriched his expertise across different sectors, serving as an Operations Manager and eventually reaching roles such as Western European Customization Leader and Global Supply Chain Associate Director.
 

Role at Unilever
 
Graeme joined Unilever in 2012 as the European Logistics Director. During his tenure, he spearheaded significant cost reduction initiatives and developed sustainability programs.
 

Role at Amazon
 
In 2015, he transitioned to Amazon as the European Transportation Director, where he oversaw transport operations and built a strong organizational framework for the company’s growing logistics.
 

Role at Avon
 
Subsequently, Graeme moved to Avon, taking on pivotal roles including:

• Group Vice President of Service
• Planning & Distribution Excellence
• Chief Operations Officer

His efforts were pivotal in enhancing Avon's supply chain capabilities and driving sustainability initiatives aligned with business growth.  

Current Role at Coty
 
Since April 2022, Graeme has been serving as the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Coty in Amsterdam. In this role, he oversees the global supply chain, focusing on planning, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and customer service with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
