Beginning his career at Procter & Gamble in 1987, Graeme steadily progressed through various managerial roles, accumulating extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. From his early days as a Distribution Shift Manager, he advanced to positions like Warehouse, Distribution, and Utilities Group Manager. He enriched his expertise across different sectors, serving as an Operations Manager and eventually reaching roles such as Western European Customization Leader and Global Supply Chain Associate Director.
Role at Unilever
Graeme joined Unilever in 2012 as the European Logistics Director. During his tenure, he spearheaded significant cost reduction initiatives and developed sustainability programs.
Role at Amazon
In 2015, he transitioned to Amazon as the European Transportation Director, where he oversaw transport operations and built a strong organizational framework for the company’s growing logistics.
