- He then moved to Hachette Filipacchi Media, where he launched and managed "Memories Magazine" until 1991.
- Following this, he joined Reader's Digest as President of the Magazine Group, overseeing the profitability of the division until 2001.
- From 2001 to 2008, Coleman served as the EVP of Global Sales at Yahoo!, managing worldwide sales.
