Before this, he played pivotal roles at Ralph Lauren, including President of Ralph Lauren Lifestyle for Global Licensing, Home, Hospitality, Watches & Jewelry, and President of Global Licensing and Business Development, both based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Guillaume's career also includes a tenure at Coty Inc., where he was the General Manager of COTY Luxury for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. At Procter & Gamble, his roles ranged from Brand Managing Director for Global HUGO BOSS Fragrances to Marketing and Operations Director for Household Care in the German-speaking regions and several other leadership positions.
In addition to his corporate roles, Guillaume has contributed as a Senior Advisor for Swiss Photo Club and GT Consulting in Geneva, showcasing his versatility and capability to drive business growth in various settings.
