Fraser joined Citi in 2004 as the Head of Client Strategy in the Investment and Corporate Banking Division. She quickly progressed through various positions of increasing responsibility. From 2007 to 2009, she served as the Global Head of Strategy and M&A at Citi. She then became the CEO of Citi Private Bank, leading the division from June 2009 to May 2013. Following this, she held several CEO roles within Citi, including:
