Over the years, he held multiple leadership roles, such as Senior Product Manager for the AVONEX US Commercial Marketing Team, Director positions within the PLEGRIDY and DEXPRAMIPEXOLE marketing teams, and Head of Commercial activities for Biogen's Latin American operations.

In June 2017, Jason became the General Manager and Managing Director for Biogen Latin America South, overseeing operations in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment. He later joined Novartis in 2018, ascending to Vice President roles, where he significantly impacted the Multiple Sclerosis business unit and its sales organization.
Transition to Ovid Therapeutics
In 2019, Jason transitioned to Ovid Therapeutics as the Chief Commercial Officer, where he designed the company’s global commercial strategy and launch plan. He was later promoted to Chief Operating Officer, managing the day-to-day execution of strategic goals and spearheading commercial functions until July 2024.
