Her roles at Shell included overseeing finance operations for different divisions, such as Lubricants, Upstream, and Integrated Gas, across various locations, including London, Houston, and The Hague. Jessica's paramount position at Shell was as Chief Financial Officer from March 2017 to March 2022, where she played a crucial role in financial planning and reporting during a transformative period for the company.
