Judith Frey is an accomplished professional whose career spans several high-profile roles in the digital transformation and technology sectors. She began her educational journey at St. John Fisher College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1987, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism in 1984. This blend of technical and communication skills has significantly contributed to her dynamic career.

 

Early Career

Judith’s career kicked off as a PC Applications Manager at Frontier Corporation from 1994 to 1996, where she managed IT development solutions. She then shifted to Web Frontier as an Internet Solutions Manager, a role that allowed her to delve into the operational and technical aspects of building interactive websites for a startup Internet division.

 

Ajilon Consulting Services

From January 1997 to January 2000, Judith served as a Senior IT Solutions Consultant at Ajilon Consulting Services. There, she made notable contributions by delivering Xerox Corporation’s first internal eCommerce employee store and portal. This role paved the way for her long association with Xerox.

 

Xerox Corporation

She joined Xerox in December 2000 and advanced through progressively senior roles until December 2013. During this period, she handled various responsibilities, including technical development for Xerox.com, global web strategy, and marketing programs. Her leadership and foresight resulted in significant growth in website traffic and successful global implementation of B2C and B2B eCommerce programs.

 

Marriott International

Judith then transitioned to Marriott International in 2014, serving initially as Vice President of Digital Design, Development & Operations for Marriott.com and mobile platforms. She continued to elevate her role to Vice President of Digital Program and Global Operations until May 2019, managing global digital programs and operations effectively.

 

USAA

In June 2019, Judith joined USAA as Vice President, Head of Digital Banking. She led efforts to create personalized digital banking experiences across various channels until April 2022. Her customer-centric digital strategies significantly enhanced member experiences and engagement.

 

Amalgamated Bank

Following her tenure at USAA, Judith became the EVP, Chief Client Experience & Digital Officer at Amalgamated Bank in July 2022. She utilized her expertise in digital transformation and customer experience to lead strategic initiatives until August 2023.

Currently, Judith holds the position of Senior Executive at Experiential Digital Services, LLC, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience in digital and technical strategies to enhance eCommerce customer experiences.
