He began his noteworthy career at Merrill Lynch, where he served as the Head of Market Risk from June 2005 until October 2007. His role at Merrill Lynch involved overseeing the management of market risks, which was crucial for the firm's investment strategies and overall financial stability.
Transition to Morgan Stanley
In March 2008, Keishi moved to Morgan Stanley, where he continued to advance his career in risk management. Initially, he took on the role of Head of Market Risk, a position he held until January 2011. He then ascended to the role of Chief Risk Officer, a testament to his expertise and leadership qualities. As Chief Risk Officer, he was responsible for overseeing the company's risk management framework and ensuring that all risks were properly identified, assessed, managed, and communicated across the organization. He held this pivotal role until June 2023.
Following this period, Keishi transitioned to the position of Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley, starting in June 2023. In this capacity, he continued to lend his extensive expertise and experience to the firm, albeit in a more consultative role.

In addition to his ongoing work with Morgan Stanley, Keishi expanded his influence in the financial sector by taking on advisory roles at other prestigious organizations. In October 2023, he joined the Global Advisory Board of MUFG (Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group), one of the world's leading financial services companies. Soon after, in February 2024, Keishi became a Senior Advisory Board Member at Oliver Wyman, a global leader in management consulting.
