Kendall Handler has built a commendable career in the corporate legal field, marked by significant achievements and education. She attended Harvard Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor (JD) degree, one of the most prestigious law credentials in the world. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish. Professional Journey
 

Kendall's professional journey began at the esteemed law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She worked there as an Associate from October 2010 to March 2017, focusing on corporate law and regulatory practices. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

 
Career at IAC
 

In March 2017, Kendall joined IAC (InterActiveCorp) in the Greater New York City Area as M&A Counsel. She quickly advanced within the company, becoming Vice President, M&A Counsel in February 2018. Her responsibilities included managing mergers and acquisitions activities. By January 2021, Kendall was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing all legal affairs of the company. In January 2022, she reached the pinnacle of her career at IAC, assuming the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. In this position, she is responsible for guiding the company’s legal strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

 
Board Memberships
 

In addition to her role at IAC, Kendall has held board memberships at notable companies. Since December 2020, she has been a board member of Angi, formerly known as Angie’s List, which is a digital marketplace for home services. She also served as a board member at Vimeo, a video hosting and sharing platform, from May 2021 to June 2023.
