Her responsibilities continued to grow as she took on the positions of Director of Global Oral Care Network Operations and Director of the Latin America Home Care Supply Chain.

In January 2018, Kim was appointed Vice President of the Latin America End-to-End Supply Chain, followed by her role as Vice President of Global Demand, Systems & eCommerce Supply Chain and eventually ascending to her current role as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in September 2022. In this capacity, she works directly with the CEO and Board of Directors, ensuring that Colgate-Palmolive adheres to the highest ethical standards.
