Her professional career started at Chevron, where she worked as a Process Engineer from 1984 to 1986. She then joined Fluor Corporation, a relationship that would span multiple roles over many years. Her positions at Fluor ranged from Process Engineer to various Senior Vice President roles, including leading the Energy & Chemicals Group and the Government Group. Notably, she served as President of the Telecommunications Business and later, President of the Government Group.
In addition to her roles at Fluor, Lisa has held high-level positions at several other major companies. She served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Development Officer at CH2M, and as Senior Vice President at Jacobs Engineering. Notably, her expertise led her to Evoqua Water Technologies as a board member, contributing to the Compensation, and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees.
More recently, Lisa has been involved with Sempra Infrastructure, where she served as President and Chief Operating Officer. She held various other senior roles at Sempra, demonstrating her extensive knowledge and leadership capabilities in the energy sector.
Current Roles
In her current roles, Lisa sits on the Board of Directors for Hess Corporation, Xylem, and Fluor. At Hess, she is part of the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Committee. At Xylem, she contributes to the Leadership Development & Compensation Committee, and at Fluor, she is involved with both the Audit Committee and the Commercial Strategies & Operational Risk Committee.
