Early Career
 

Liz Fraser began her career in the fashion industry at Liz Claiborne Inc, where she held various merchandising positions from 1985 to 1994. She then moved on to Escada, working in Hong Kong as Vice President of Sourcing. This role expanded her international experience and provided her with deeper insights into global manufacturing and supply chains.

 
Mid-Career Achievements
 

Her next significant position was at Esprit de Corp in San Francisco, where she served as Vice President of Sourcing and Manufacturing. In 1999, she joined Marc Jacobs International, where she took on multiple roles over the course of 13 years, culminating in her leadership as President of Marc Jacobs from 2012 to 2015.

 
Executive Leadership Roles
 

Following her tenure at Marc Jacobs, Liz Fraser became the CEO of Anne Klein in 2015, where she led the brand for almost three years. In late 2018, she took on the role of President at Lafayette 148 New York, and in early 2020, she was appointed CEO & Brand President of Kate Spade New York. In this current role, Liz oversees the strategic direction and global operations of the brand, helping maintain its reputation for optimistic femininity.
