  • Starting off as an Executive Search Consultant in Human Resources Consulting from 1995 to 1996, she moved to The Quaker Oats Company, where she worked in various HR roles until 1998.
  • She then took on several HR leadership positions at Honeywell, based in Phoenix, Arizona, Bahamas, and Morristown, NJ, from 1998 to 2001.
Monique's career continued to thrive at PepsiCo, where she served in various leadership roles in Human Resources across locations such as Purchase, NY, Chicago, IL, and Dubai, UAE, from 2001 to 2014. Following her tenure at PepsiCo, she joined BNY Mellon as the Chief Human Resources Officer & SEVP Marketing and Communications, a position she held from 2014 to 2019. In April 2019, she assumed her current role at American Express, where she oversees colleague experience with a focus on enhancing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and organizational learning.
