Following her tenure at PepsiCo, she joined BNY Mellon as the Chief Human Resources Officer & SEVP Marketing and Communications, a position she held from 2014 to 2019. In April 2019, she assumed her current role at American Express, where she oversees colleague experience with a focus on enhancing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and organizational learning.
