Educational Background
 
Natan Israeli is a prominent professional whose career paths in the military and corporate sectors highlight his strong leadership abilities and strategic expertise. His journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bar-Ilan University, completed between January 2003 and January 2005. To further his education, he later earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa, completing this program in 2016.
 

Military Career
 
Natan spent a significant portion of his career in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), where he held several key positions. Starting as an operational pilot, he ascended through the ranks, eventually becoming the Chief Information Officer (CIO) holding the rank of Colonel from January 2012 to January 2014. In this role, he managed the IT division of the IAF, tailoring various operational and administrative systems to meet the force's needs. He was responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of these systems, ensuring they aligned with operational requirements.

After his tenure as CIO, Natan was promoted to Brigadier General and served as the Head of Human Resources (A1) Wing from January 2016 to January 2020. In this senior role, he managed a wide array of HR functions for the IAF, leveraging his extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational management. His responsibilities included overseeing core organizational processes and managing complex technological and organizational structures.
 

Corporate Career
 
Following his 30-year esteemed career in the Israeli Air Force, Natan transitioned to the corporate world, taking on the role of Chief Customer Officer at Kaltura in November 2020. In this capacity, he leads the Customer Experience division, which includes 400 professionals such as developers, engineers, and project managers. His leadership is essential in driving Kaltura’s mission to be a leading global provider of video experiences.
