His next significant role was at shopping.com, where he managed R&D from 2003 to 2006. These positions not only solidified his expertise in software development but also introduced him to large-scale web technologies and the importance of relevancy and personalization in online services.

 
Co-founding Outbrain
 

In 2006, Ori co-founded Outbrain, a move that marked a significant milestone in his career. Outbrain is a prominent tech company known for its work on web content relevancy and personalization. Ori initially served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), focusing on web technologies' intricacies and ensuring the platform's scalability and effectiveness. His diligence and leadership were critical in Outbrain's rise as a leader in its field. By 2013, he transitioned to the role of General Manager (GM) in Israel, continuing to drive the company’s growth and innovation from another leadership angle.
