Starting her career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Pamela worked as an associate in the Corporate and Corporate Securities Group. She then moved to Morgan Stanley, where she had a distinguished tenure, eventually becoming the Co-Director of U.S. and Latin America Equity Research. In 1996, Pamela joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Managing Director in Investment Banking. During her time there, she supervised significant financial transactions and diversity programs, and played a key role in promoting inclusive leadership within the firm.

 
Transition to Consulting
 

In 2003, Pamela transitioned into the consulting sector by becoming the President of Springboard - Partners in Cross Cultural Leadership. This firm focuses on research and consulting services related to inclusive leadership, particularly emphasizing the roles of women and underrepresented minorities. Alongside her work at Springboard, Pamela co-founded The Everest Project in 2014, aiming to improve corporate support and development for women executives through research and reports.
