Rick Weber is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the finance and marketing industries. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Williams College and an MBA in Finance & International Business from the prestigious Columbia Business School.
Career Beginnings
Rick started his career in June 1991 at Young & Rubicam, where he served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for nearly a decade. In December 2000, he transitioned to Euro RSCG Healthcare as Global CFO. After three years, he moved to Euro RSCG (now Havas) to take on the role of CFO for Global Brands until July 2005.
Career Progression
Continuing his upward trajectory, Rick joined McCann Worldgroup as SVP of Global Clients Finance in August 2005. He then moved to FCB Global in April 2008, where he initially served as CFO for North America before becoming Director of Finance Operations in March 2014.
Current Role
In June 2015, Rick joined Interpublic Group (IPG) as Senior Vice President of Client Finance & Operations. After five years in this role, he was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in June 2020, a position he holds to this day.
