He started as the Global Sourcing Director for Marketing and Sales, leading a team of sourcing professionals based in key global cities including New York City, Paris, and London. He managed procurement for key commodities such as Merchandising and Creative agencies until 2014.

His next role at Coty was Vice President, Global Indirect Procurement Lead, where he was responsible for managing a $2.1 billion spend and leading a team of 50 people across North America, Europe, and ALMEA regions. Following his success in this position, he was promoted to Senior Vice President Transformation, Indirects and Procurement Operations in 2020, based in Paris.
