In 2007, she joined Sandoz, a division of Novartis, as the Head of Business Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain Finance. During her tenure at Novartis, she also managed a $1.5 billion oncology development budget as the Global Head of Oncology Development Finance.

By 2014, Terry was heading global accountability roles at Sealed Air Corporation, pushing significant profitability improvements in a $2 billion manufacturing business. She further expanded her career by taking prominent roles such as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Diversey and Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Balchem Corporation.

In the pharmaceutical sector, she served as the CFO of BioDelivery Sciences International and later as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Business Development Officer at CinCor Pharma. She has also held key positions at companies like Entero Therapeutics, Gamida Cell, and Inotiv, contributing to their strategic initiatives and financial leadership.

Currently, Terry serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at HOOKIPA Pharma Inc., where she has been a Board Member since April 2023, showing her versatile involvement in both financial and governance roles within the company.
