Tsafi Goldman is an accomplished legal professional with a career that spans over three decades. Her journey in the legal field began with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Tel Aviv University, where she studied from 1987 to 1991. This solid educational foundation paved the way for her extensive experience in corporate law and regulation.
Early Career
Tsafi's professional career kicked off with a legal internship at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. from May 1991 to May 1993. She then transitioned to an associate role at the same firm, a position she held until 1996. Following this, Tsafi joined ECI Telecom as an in-house counsel for a brief period from January 1996 to January 1997.
Corporate Secretary and High-Tech Legal Experience
Her career then took her to Israel Chemicals Group, Rotem Amfert Division, where she served as the Corporate Secretary from January 1997 to January 1998. She later became an associate at Baratz & Co. in Tel Aviv, focusing on high-tech and international practice from January 2002 to January 2004.
Partnership and Financial Services Sector
Tsafi’s journey continued at CBLS Law Offices, where she was a partner from February 2004 to December 2014. Her experience and expertise grew significantly during this time, preparing her for major roles in the financial services sector.
Career at Payoneer
Tsafi joined Payoneer, a leading global financial services company, as General Counsel in January 2015. She then took on the role of Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer in July 2019, a position she holds to this day. At Payoneer, Tsafi plays a critical role in overseeing legal and regulatory matters, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
