He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Chime, a position he has held since June 2022. Here, he leverages social and data-driven media along with cultural marketing to drive growth and challenge traditional banking practices.

 
Previous Roles
 

Vineet’s previous roles include his time as the Global Chief Customer and Marketing Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance from 2019 to 2021, where he led efforts to digitalize and personalize the retail pharmacy experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the Chief Growth Officer at Ancestry, he was pivotal in launching Ancestry DNA, bringing consumer genomics into the mainstream. At Johnson & Johnson, he managed multi-billion dollar portfolios as the Global President of the Baby Care Division and Global President of Marketing Services.

Before that, Vineet held significant marketing roles at Novartis Consumer Health, including Vice President of Marketing for Europe and North American Category Director for Analgesics, as well as Head of Marketing for Canada. His experience also includes a stint as Marketing Manager for General Mills Canada and regional brand responsibilities for Beauty Care in South East Asia at Procter & Gamble.
