Zac Coughlin is a highly accomplished financial executive with a broad range of experience in top-tier companies around the globe. He began building his expertise early on with a strong educational foundation. Zac graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where he studied from January 1993 to January 1998. He then furthered his education by earning an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School between January 2002 and January 2004.

Early Career at Ford Motor Company
 

Zac's career trajectory in the financial sector is nothing short of impressive. His professional journey began at Ford Motor Company, where he held multiple finance-related roles. From July 1998 to July 2002, he started as a Finance Analyst focusing on market and sales and product development finance. Over the years, he took on various controller and managerial positions at Ford in Detroit, Michigan, and Shanghai, China, solidifying his financial acumen and broadening his international experience from July 2004 to June 2012.

Leadership Roles
 

In July 2012, Zac assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for Ford Taiwan in Taipei, where he served until December 2013. He then moved to Moscow, Russian Federation, to take up the role of CFO at Ford Sollers Holding LLC, a joint venture between Ford and Sollers, serving from January 2014 to March 2015.

Converse and DFS Group Limited
 

Zac's expertise was further recognized when he joined Converse in Boston, Massachusetts, as Vice President and CFO in April 2015. He was responsible for financial leadership at the globally recognized American shoe company until March 2018. His journey then took him to Hong Kong, where he became the CFO and COO of DFS Group Limited, a leading global luxury travel retailer, serving from March 2018 to April 2022.

Current Role at PVH Corp.
 

In April 2022, Zac took on his current role as Chief Financial Officer at PVH Corp., located in New York, New York. PVH Corp. is a major player in the retail apparel and fashion industry, known for its iconic brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. In this role, Zac continues to leverage his extensive financial leadership experience to drive the company's financial strategies and operations.
