Ayan Bhattacharya is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Vice President and Generative AI Practice Leader at Capgemini. In this role, he drives the Generative AI portfolio across key industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, technology, and more.

Over the past decade, Ayan has held leadership positions at Deloitte and IBM, where he partnered with Fortune 500 companies to implement AI solutions and transform them into insight-driven organizations. His experience includes launching new data analytics industry solutions at Thomson Reuters and Reed Elsevier, helping organizations become more data product-focused.

Throughout his career, Ayan has led multi-year projects and strategic initiatives across various sectors including professional services, healthcare, technology, and insurance. Notable projects include establishing a multi-year Cognitive Computing center for a leading global reinsurance company and initiating an Omnichannel/Next Best Action program for a top 10 pharmaceutical firm.
