She currently serves as the Global Head of FinTech and Applied Intelligence (Data Science & AI) at Korn Ferry, a leading organizational consulting firm. In this role, Deepali leads executive search and advisory for strategic AI, data, and analytics leaders worldwide.

A certified executive coach and published thought leader, Deepali advises clients on topics including talent management, DEI, organizational design, and the transformative impact of disruptive technologies such as generative AI. Her insights are featured in prominent media outlets including Bloomberg, CNBC, MarketWatch and Forbes.

Deepali's entrepreneurial spirit drives her involvement with numerous startups and organizations at the intersection of data science, AI and emerging technologies such as crypto. She is an investor and founder at Ever Nester, pioneering adoption platform innovations.
