Born in Amritsar, India, Sheetal's journey began at McKinsey, consulting globally and immersing herself in diverse cultures. This ignited a passion for diversity and a global mindset. Moving to New York more than a decade ago, she honed expertise in strategy, technology, and operations through roles at Citibank and IBM.

At IBM, Sheetal discovered AI's potential, managing an early Watson product for banking. She led AI transformations, forged strategic ISV/GSI partnerships, and drove Martech/Adtech business innovation. When IBM restructured, she built Kyndryl's cloud center of excellence, collaborating with AWS, Microsoft, and Google.

Now at HPE, Sheetal utilizes her transformation prowess in high performance computing and AI deployments. Her educational includes Georgetown University and Harvard Business School's Digital Transformation program.
